Turn old papers into online exams

- You approve every question. Nothing reaches the bank until a person presses Add.

No camera by default
We record what the browser tells us: the exam window losing focus, and for how long, with server times. A teacher sees it as a timeline. Surveillance exists only as an opt-in for one paper: the student is told and agrees first, and nothing is streamed.
A person decides
Nothing auto-fails a student, and a detection never changes a mark. A product that claims to see the room is selling a feeling. The first time it accuses an honest student, you find out what it was worth.
Questions schools ask
Marking Does the AI mark the papers?
No. Marking is arithmetic against the answer key, and it is the same arithmetic whether a question was typed by hand or read from a document. The AI writes the feedback on a report card, the sentences about what a student is doing well, and is never asked for a score, a percentage or a count.
AI drafts Can the AI put a wrong question into our question bank?
Not without somebody letting it. Everything it drafts goes to a review screen first, and nothing is saved until a person presses Add. Anything it was unsure of is listed first and says what it was unsure about; a question whose answer it could not work out is flagged rather than guessed, and cannot be added until you mark the answer.
Uploads What happens to the files we upload?
Nothing. Whatever you upload (a photograph of a handwritten paper, a PDF, a textbook chapter, a spreadsheet) is read, the questions are taken out of it, and the file is dropped. We keep the questions you approve and nothing else.
Cameras Does this platform use a camera to watch students?
Not unless a school switches it on for a particular exam. By default nothing watches or listens to anyone sitting a paper: the platform records browser events such as the exam window losing focus and shows a teacher what happened. Exam surveillance is an opt-in, premium feature: the student is told and agrees first, nothing is streamed, and only a detection keeps a few small pictures or seconds of sound, deleted when results are published. A person always decides.
Entrance Can every candidate get a different paper?
Yes. Build a pool of a hundred and more questions tagged by subject and complexity, set the rules (ten questions, three easy, four medium, three hard) and each candidate is dealt their own draw worth the same marks. Candidates who turn up on the day can be added by name and given a printed sign-in card.
Domain Can we run it on our own domain, with our own logo?
Yes. Add one DNS record and the whole app answers at exams.yourschool.edu with a certificate issued automatically; Google sign-in keeps working. Upload a logo and pick a colour and every screen follows.
Archives What happens to old exams?
Archive them. A finished exam leaves the working database for one file in storage. Results and every attempt frozen as they read on the day stay listed and readable, can be downloaded, and come back with one press.
Offline What if a student loses their connection mid-exam?
They keep answering. Answers are queued on the device and sent when the connection returns. The timer runs on our server, so a reconnection on a different device resumes with the correct time remaining.
Roster Can students be added before they have signed in?
Yes. Importing a class from a CSV creates real accounts immediately. They can be assigned an exam straight away, and each student becomes active the first time they sign in with Google.
