Docs Partners

Partners

For organisations that sign schools up: the partner portal, registering schools, plans and offers, coupons and commission.

For Partners

A partner signs schools up, sets them up and looks after them. Schools pay Examline, and the partner earns commission on what they pay. To become one, contact us; see also Partners.

The partner portal

Administrators of a partner organisation see Partner in the bar. Its pages are Overview, Organisations, Manage plans, Coupons and Commission. Commission figures are shown to the organisation’s owner only.

Registering and looking after schools

  1. On Organisations, press Register a school and type the School name and, if you have it, the Owner’s email.
  2. You are the school’s partner and its first administrator, so you can set it up for them. Name the owner now, or Transfer it later.
  3. Use Offer a plan to put a price in front of the school: a Plan, the Number of students and a note. The school sees it under Settings → Plan and pays from there. Withdraw takes it back.

Surveillance on/off turns on the premium camera and microphone evidence for one school. See Exam integrity & surveillance.

Your price list

On Manage plans, press New plan: a Plan name, a flat price or a price per student, paid every month, quarter or year, the price before GST, and the Attempts included. Every plan is approved by Examline before a school can buy it; the badge says Awaiting approval, Approved or Refused. Changing a plan’s price, period or attempts sends it back for approval.

Coupons

On Coupons, press New coupon and choose a Discount % between 5 and 15. Each code works once. It is used up only when a payment succeeds, so a school that abandons checkout can use it again.

Commission

Commission is earned on what a school actually pays before GST (after any coupon, or at the offer’s price) at your rate on the day of the sale. Commission lists every sale with its base, rate and commission, by month, with Download CSV. Commission is paid offline; a statement appears when one is issued.
