Attempts
Examline is paid for by the attempt. One attempt is one student sitting one exam once. Coming back to an attempt after a dropped connection does not use another one. Every feature is in every plan; paying more buys more attempts.
Open Settings → Plan to see Attempts remaining. A new organisation gets a joining bonus of 1,000 attempts for its first 30 days, and then 100 free attempts every month. Unused free attempts do not carry over.
Buying more
What you see under Settings → Plan depends on who looks after your school:
- Your plan: an offer made to your school, with its price, what it includes and the total. Press Pay.
- Plans from your partner or Examline: a price list to choose from.
- Talk to us or your partner: no price is listed yet; get in touch for one.
If you have a Partner coupon, type it and press Apply before paying; the discount comes off the price before GST. Payment is through Razorpay; no card details reach Examline. A paid plan adds to what is left, so nothing is lost by renewing early.
Payments and receipts
Settings → Payments lists What you have paid, with a Receipt to download for each payment. Your tax invoice comes from Razorpay, to the email address that paid. When a plan is about to end, a Renew button appears here.
Plan and Payments are visible to administrators only.
